Product Defect Guarantee

All Curteis products have a lifetime manufacturing defect guarantee. Faulty products will be repaired, replaced or credited where possible - please specify your preference. Products will not be considered faulty if they are seen to be damaged through excessive wear or neglect on the customer's part.

Products returns for credit

If the company permits the return of goods purchased 12 months ago or more, you will be either credited in full or at scrap value less £5 handling fee. This to be determined by Curteis Ltd.

Special orders

We cannot accept the return of special or bespoke goods unless faulty..

Earrings

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (we are happy to replace any which are faulty) Earrings are not available on a sale or return basis.

Items not of our Supply

We will charge return postage for any products that have not been supplied by us, which have been returned for credit or replacement. This amount will be dependent on the value and weight of the goods.

Sale and Return

Postage will be charged on all sale or return orders even when returned in part of full.
